American Ukrainian Medical Foundation was invited to share our “War Injuries in Ukraine” project at the annual American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) meeting, which took place in Chicago on March 22-27, 2022.

We had an opportunity to share information about the war in Ukraine, war time injuries, and perspectives from Ukrainian surgeons who are working tirelessly to take care of the wounded. This project is in collaboration with the Ukrainian Medical Association of North America (UMANA) and the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.
