The Borden Institute, which is part of the US Army Surgeon General's Staff, allowed AUMF to translate and publish their medical textbooks in Ukrainian. We are extremely grateful to them for this.

Practical manual Mild brain injury. The rehabilitation toolkit reveals the best approaches to treating military personnel with mild traumatic brain injury and/or concussion.

It presents clinical practical recommendations for occupational therapy and physical therapy for patients with mild traumatic brain injury, designed to contribute to the development of modern high-quality rehabilitation treatment for military personnel, to carry out a critical review of modern research and clinical approaches to the assessment, treatment and care of patients at all levels of medical care assistance (from emergency on the battlefield to delayed lifelong care).

The manual also developed guidelines for speech-language pathologists with input from a team from the Department of Defense, the Veterans Affairs Administration, and civilian physicians. Based on these guidelines and input from many physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, the chapters in the proposed publication will improve our understanding of the consequences of single and repeated concussions in both military and civilian populations, and will identify the critical role of rehabilitation professionals in treatment and assessment. improvement of the condition of servicemen who have suffered a mild craniocerebral injury.
